Ash Wednesday

Ash wednesday is also known as the day we got a lot of stuff done. We went to school and then on our way home decided to check out the cell phones at a local store not to far from school. So on our walk we some how took a wrong turn and ended up deciding that we would walk home to find out how long it would take us. Mind you in a taxi it takes a good 7 minutes. Piece of cake right? Wrong. We walked up the longest hill ever. and when we asked about how much further it would be to get the bridge, we were given weird looks and told that we should take a taxi. Rather than take that advice we kept walking. An hour and a blister later we arrived at our house and decided to never walk again. Anyway we had a great lunch chile reinos and rice and vegetable soup. With homeade natural pinnaple juice. Then we took a nap and headed to starbucks. We lost track of time and our "mom" had to come and get us to remind us about church. After church we got home and then headed to the bar closest to our house to watch the USA vs. Mexico soccer game. We forgot about the ashes and wondered why everyone gave us funny looks. After the game we went home and ended our long day.
